Oddly, it seems to be the specific meeting URL that doesn't have any phone numbers attached to it. I have already copied it to another meeting on another calendar, and there are no additional phone numbers available that I can see. The usual "More phone numbers..." link is missing.
I'll definitely get it sorted out by the time for the August office hours.
