## Summary - Link GCC's `libstdc++_nonshared.a` into Linux GNU TVM shared libraries when the archive is available. - Ensures C++20 libstdc++ helper symbols such as `std::string::_M_replace_cold` are carried by TVM DSOs instead of relying on a separately built `libtvm_ffi.so` or a newer runtime `libstdc++.so`. - Keeps the change scoped to Linux/GNU shared-library builds and leaves static runtime builds unchanged. ## Validation - Built `tvm_runtime` in `quay.io/pypa/manylinux_2_28_x86_64:2026.06.04-1` with GCC 14.2.1 and C++20. - Verified `nm -D libtvm_runtime.so | c++filt` no longer reports `_M_replace_cold` as a dynamic undefined symbol. - Verified `readelf --version-info libtvm_runtime.so` does not report `GLIBCXX_3.4.30`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
