TilePrimitiveCall arguments and config values can contain IR expressions that are not PrimExprs, including PointerExpr values produced by T.address_of. The Python statement visitor and mutator used tvm.ir.is_prim_expr, so they silently skipped these pointer operands. Recognize all tvm.ir.Expr values in TilePrimitiveCall traversal. The regression test places an mbar pointer in a tile-call config and verifies that both visiting and mutation reach its BufferLoad.
