Rename the uniform runtime-object dispatch table from `NodeFunctor` to `ObjectFunctor` in `tvm/ir/object_functor.h`, with `SetDispatch`, `ClearDispatch`, and `CanDispatch` as its public registration API. Place the public API before private storage and update all in-tree consumers. Replace the old functor registration macro with direct accessor calls inside existing FFI static initialization blocks, including printer and representation registrations. Dispatch signatures, exact and ancestor lookup, registration errors, and finalization behavior are preserved. Validation: full LLVM/CUDA compiler and runtime build; all 135 C++ tests, including dispatch and finalization coverage; affected TVMScript and Relax suites (876 passed, 1 skipped, 1 xfailed); repr/Script smoke checks; applicable C++ lint hooks. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
