Hello! Just wanted to make sure this PR is visible — it's my first one here, and I noticed the CI workflows are waiting in `action_required` state, which I understand is normal for first-time contributors and needs a maintainer approval. The change is small: normalize in-range negative indices in `topi.gather_nd` (matching the ONNX GatherND semantics, and what `topi.scatter_elements` already does), plus a new test.
