When a pre-order `structural_map` callback returns a new object, the engine
continues mapping its children. For example, a callback returns `[1]`, and an
integer callback changes its child to `2`.

Previously, Rust could modify that returned array in place even when the
current traversal mode was `Disallow`. This PR preserves `Disallow`, so the
changed array is copied instead. With `Allow`, a uniquely owned replacement can
still be reused.

This pr adds one regression test covering inline values, uniquely owned
objects, and shared objects, with and without a context policy. It checks both
the resulting values and whether the replacement object is reused.
