Thanks for the rerun. The `cpu/pr-head` failure is
`test_relax_operators.py::test_op_call_py_func[bytecode]` ("Python function
'torch_relu' not found in registry"), which is unrelated to this change. It is
a flaky test: `BasePyModule.__del__` clears the whole `call_py_func` registry,
and when a `BasePyModule` from an earlier test in the same xdist worker is
garbage-collected mid-test, the function the test just registered is removed. I
have sent a fix with a deterministic reproduction in #20413.
