I found the permissions error in my strace when i run
the 'test_usrp_standard_tx'. Similar error was
previously observed by Larry, but I am not sure if
this was solved. I don't have the usbtest loaded.
Also, i observe that when i run any code the first
time as 'root', the other LED (LED1) glows for a
second or two and shuts off. This does not happen when
i do the same test as 'user'. Is this related to the
USB access?

Still trying to figure out whats going on.

Anyway, Here is the clip of the strace, very similar
to the one from Larry.
