I've checked in the mods to correct ticket 25 (hopefully), as well as
all the programming changes over the last couple of weeks to get the
convolutional encoder working. I will be committing the decoder as
soon as it's ready, hopefully by the end of the week. Please do let
me/the list know if the changes fix the ticket. - MLD
