I am using Windows XP Media Center, Version 2002 SP 2. I have McAfee Antivirus installed on my computer. I am using Dell Inspiron E1505 Laptop computer.
Please advise me if I need to do some changes in setting of my computer.

Your command line is correct. I've verified that it works from two
different sites, however. Please attempt it again and if it fails, I'll
look through the recent server logs to find out what the problem is.
