1. buy a USRP
2. buy the TV tuner for the USRP
3. Install GNUradio
4. Run the example usrp_wfm_rcv.py
This example uses the USRP and TV tuner as an FM radio receiver. In
addition, this example produces a "spectrum analyzer plot" of the output
of the TV tuner.
