Alternatively, you may set the environment variables FFTW3F_CFLAGS and FFTW3F_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config. Please provide a hint to fix it. [Answer] Some days before I had the same problem when I was installing gnu radio with cygwin. But I made sure that I installed fftw-3.1.2 dependency correctly and the problem got rectified.
