I just tested gr-radar-mono with 3.2 and Ubuntu 9.04, and am getting echo data on both I and Q channels. The -D debugging option returns an FPGA counter value correctly. You can test your BasicRX with the signal generator and usrp_fft.py. Be sure to connect it to the RX-A channel.
