Hi Eric, As mentioned earlier I already added that line to the /etc/ld.so.conf file and did ldconfig but it still doesn't work. Firas on the mailing list had a similar error and he said he fixed it but he doesn't say how. I uninstalled the previous version of gnuradio before installing the newer one obtained through git.
