Hi,

Running port "selfupdate" and "upgrade outdated" helped, as did
skipping wxPython and other packages depending on it. However, I also had to
re-build a lot of dependencies to include universal builds (using sudo port
upgrade --enforce-variants <port-name> +universal).

It seems to be working now, although I've only tried running a few audio
examples.
