I just tested it in GR with sig_source -> throttle -> scope sink. I set the sample rate to 10 and the frequency of the signal to 1. It took a while, but it eventually plotted output. I then used the 10 as the sample rate for the signal source and 10k for the rate of the throttle and it worked with results coming in much faster. I think it's working as it should.
