Hi Patrick, Interesting question. In the list of villages [1] there are two clearly radio-related ones - RadioVillage [2] and HamVillage [3], which are located near each other. So I guess it will be the place to go and there definitely will be USRPs, not sure about GnuRadio specifically. I personally plan to stay at RadioVillage.
