The UHD side of things is fine.
But, the DBSRX2 is *only* supported from the UHD API--the "classic" API doesn't support the DBSRX2. Many of the *example* programs in Gnu Radio still use the "classic" interface. Trying using, for example, "uhd_fft.py" and you'll find that it works fine.
