I tried to work with PyBOMBS, not soccessfully, but it`s because I`m not very
good in Linux...

3.6.1 should have gr_modtool if I'm not totally mistaken; however, you'll
have a lot nicer and somewhat easier experience if you remove these ubuntu
packages and use pybombs to install a modern gnuradio 3.7 automatically from
source:-)
