What data are you trying to acquire from the e110? If you need to forward raw samples from the e110 to your host pc then you can use a GRC "TCP sink" on the e110 and a "TCP source" on the host pc.
If you wish to aquire data in the form of files from the e110 then you can use either a USB pen drive, scp, nfs or samba.
