After increase up to e.g. 3,5 GB RAM for the VM the buildscript.sh gave no errors anymore. Thanks in advance May be it is already done, but If not, I recommend a recommendation in the wiki "Build from source": Use a lot of RAM and / or swap best to avoid a quiet termination of compiling gnuradio.
