I am aware that ATSC, and various forms of DVB-T/2 modulators exist in GNURadio both with standard and custom blocks; but is there any active development or possibility of ISDB-T modulation? What exactly would need to be done in order to achieve it? It doesn't seem all-too different from DVB-T in the sense that it wouldn't be a from-scratch effort.
