I've just completed a DVB-T2 transmitter for GnuRadio.

This is a baseline implementation of the version 1.1.1 standard. More
features
to follow, including DVB-T2 Lite.
I don't have a DVB-T2 receiver yet, so it's untested over the air.
However, it is
bit perfect to the BBC test vectors VV008-16KFFT, VV009-4KFFT, VV010-2KFFT
and VV001-1KFFT.
