Hello,
We have been experiencing occasional "CODEC loopback test" failures when
using a B210.
A very similar problem was reported at

In our case* the problem happens roughly once per every 20 attempts. We were
able to
workaround the problem using a "try . . . except" block in the python code
that instantiates the top_block module, but would like to know if there is a
better solution.

There's a fix for this in the pipeline, so continue with your workaround
for now, and likely in the next week or so, the latest git code
will have the fix in it.
