I have a discussion with my classmates about the question.As we all
know,the detection of the sync burst have delayed and the signal delayed
again.
The delay of the sync burst is fft_len-1.And the signal delayed
cp_len+fft_len.
Although the minor error don't influence the result of the receiver.
But in my opinion,I think the signal should be delayed
cp_len+fft_len-1 rather than cp_len+fft_len.

we think the signal should be delayed cp_len+fft_len-1.
