Just a small correction, the samples from the common RTLSDRs are complex samples, so 3.2 MSPS will yield 3.2 MHz bandwidth. It is typically not ideal to sample at 3.2 MSPS with the RTLSDRs as they can internally drop samples at that rate. 2.048 or 2.56 MSPS is usually a solid sample rate with them, but YMMV from RTLSDR to RTLSDR.
