Proposing a separate OOT ECLAT (Enhancing openCL Additions for Arithmetic Technology) VOLK module to contain these. I do think that we might end up in a situation where we have "classical" VOLK kernels for "small" vectors (ie. page size or smaller) and corresponding larger kernels, that really never are in direct competition to each other, so a "large" name modifier might make sense.
