I believe we have the PyBOMBS dependency issues sorted out, so if you use pybombs (and e.g. 'pybombs rebuild') it will do stuff in the right order.
Martin, Is pybombs rebuild a pybombs2 thing? It doesn't seem to be a valid command in the older pybombs. ~J
