Well, its not a CMakeLists.txt, but:
g++ -o dial_tone dial_tone.cc -lgnuradio-audio -lgnuradio-analog
-lgnuradio-runtime -lboost_system-mt

Red to red, black to black, switch it on, but stand well back.
