Hi Bala: Those are pretty broad questions, perhaps you can clarify them a bit. One doesn't really "extract" information from a Python program into a flowgraph. A flowgraph is just a graphical representation of a signal processing program.
It sounds like you may be new to the list. Have you reviewed the Gnuradio tutorials? They will explain things and possibly help you answer your own questions.
