Hi Gustelfuldeath,

this looks like the environment in which you try to build gr-iio doesn't
see the packageconfig files. You might want to set the PKG_CONFIG_PATH
environment variable to include the path where the GNU Radio
installation put the gnuradio-xxxx.pc files.
