This is the only "missing" thing I can find in the cmake ..:
-- Configuring volk support...
-- Enabling volk support.

-- ENABLE_GR_LOG set to ON.
-- HAVE_LOG4CPP set to False.

Though the library is there. Perhaps it has a different name in other
distributions? I can make symbolic links if need be.

liblog4cpp* liblog4cpp.so liblog4cpp.so.5 liblog4cpp.so.5.0.6
It may be the case that you don't have the matching #include files,
which is what code being compiled needs in addition to the libraries.
