Hi Sagnik,

I very strongly doubt the RPi3 will have enough compute power to do
DVB-T decoding from samples in software; also, DVB-T has wider channels
than the RTL-SDR dongle would allow you to stream to your PC in sample form.

Of course, if you just actually want DVB-T reception, just use the
RTL-Dongle like the manufacturer intended it: as DVB-T receiver, which
does the decoding on-chip with the integrated specialized hardware. The
fact that you can alternatively use it as SDR frontend is just because
that part of the chip can be "bypassed".
