I don't know exactly what you mean by bringing up interfaces. Let's say I assign 192.168.200.1 to PC1. For sure I can ping 192.168.200.1 on PC1. But from PC2, this destination is unreachable.
I don't know what the issue could be. Since. I'm just a Linux user (not an expert) I have no clue where the problem is. Cheers.
