Hello Fellow Gnu-Radio early adopters,

My application, seriously modified for Radio Astronomy, uses
WXgui and the “notebook” feature. What is the best way, within “QT”
to implement the notebook-like look of the QT version of the program?

Ie we enter a lot of information concerning the observations recorded using
gnuradio
for radio telescope observations, but we don’t need to always display this
info. Mostly the astronomers will just be using the spectral plot feature

Thanks Glen

(PS it is somewhat frustrating that the Wx tools have very different names
and arguments, compared to the Qt tools).

Look at my spectro_radiometer app -- it uses the Qt equivalent and has multiple tabs.

Guys and Gals,
I have been beating my head against a wall for about a week now. I know the wxgui set is going away in the next gnuradio version (I have loaded both gnuradio and gnuradio-devel) and I cannot for the life of me get the wxgui blocks to install. Since there are a lot of gnuradio config files (osmocom-fft for example) it calls the wxgui displays and of course, since they are not installed the program fails to run. How in the world can I get the wxgui blocks to install? Thanks, Herb Dr. Herb Sims
