[Discuss-gnuradio] Write WAV file in integer format?

I need to output IQ data from a Gnuradio script in 2-channel WAV format using integer rather than floating point, as required by the target program.
Starting with a complex stream, is there a trick in GRC to output integer WAV data? I think I recall a reference to doing a "mult const" but Google isn't helping me find it.
