Hello! If you've modified it, I guess you already have the GNU Radio source code.
So, you must make sure that you're using the GNU Radio that you have built from source: https://www.gnuradio.org/doc/doxygen/build_guide.html Simply build your modified GNU Radio and install it :) How that works depens on the operating system you are using.
