It's a CMake version issue. No GNU Radio 3.7 version before 3.7.9.2
works with CMake 3.5.1. If you really really need to build 3.7.3, you
have to build and install an earlier version of CMake.
I tried version 3.7.3 with CMake 2.8.12.2 and it builds.
