So, no. That's a strong no. This is an free and open source project, and while it ultimate serves the goal of being useful, that goal can only be achieved if development doesn't stall. GNU Radio 3.8 was in the making for six years, and we've been pushing us very hard to make the release perfect – which it clearly isn't, but at somepoint, the release had to be made. Luckily Daniel has opened a Wiki on the github repository of gr-satellites and after my initial install guide there are now others working on new guides for installation. After that I want to write some user guides for newbies of gr-satellites (like me) so that more people can decode telemetry with GR.
