Since the pythonclock.org is ticking away the last seconds of python2 today I
decided to refresh my 3.8 installation.
After my `pybombs install gnuradio` version of 3.8 I have:

* PR is open for sandia labs

Should there be a page on the GNU Radio wiki with 3.8 compatible modules?
Does anyone else have good out-of-tree modules that I should install?
