Dear Prashant,

welcome to the list! I'm glad, you're interested in the project.

The proposal already looks quite nicely and your experience suggests,
you'd be a good fit for the project.

Regarding the scope, it's actually broader than I would have expected
:-) In GNU Radio, you have for example gr-qtgui, which provides a set of
GUI visuals and controls for flowgraphs. The initial idea was to have
something similar for Android (ideally also with support for gestures, etc).

As far as I see, your proposal covers these widgets and, in addition, a
port of GRC to Android. While this would be nice to have, it also seems
very ambitious. (And a second GRC might be hard to maintain.)

I think it might make sense to focus on the GUI widgets (and do them
properly with multiple inputs, triggers, gestures, configurable line
styles, etc.). Implementing "only" these widgets and an example app that
demonstrates their use is already quite some work.

Would you have an Android phone, OTG adapter, and USB-based SDR that you
could use for the project?

I hope we can get some more thoughts on the scope of the project.

Best,
Bastian
