$ dnf repoquery --releasever=31 -l uhd|grep rx_s
confirms that rx_samples_to_file is not in there.
Specifically, in the uhd.spec,
# Remove tests, examples binaries
rm -rf %{buildroot}%{_libdir}/uhd/{tests,examples}
:/
We can ask Jaroslav to move these to an extra package, i.e.
uhd-examples, or so.
