And Windows, KDE, GNOME "themes" means : - same color / "theme" - Win32 like menu and wildeMenu ( KDE can do that ) - sync configuration for default browser, default "shell" (ie.exe,konqueror,nautilus) , same mime type ( or extention) / application link, - same help file format ... ....
