I've had good success using '/path/to/gnuclient' there. Obviously you
have to set up your Emacs to run gnuserv for that to work. It's
possible emacsclient will work as well, I haven't tried.
Also, a key point, make sure you hit return/enter whenever setting
something in a text box in ProjectCenter. It won't fully pick up the
change otherwise.
