Thanks Richard,
Using the windows registry (see NSPathUtilities.m) to define the location
of the GNUstep system, rather than the environment variable, shoudl also
work (though I'ver not tried it myself).
NSPAthUtilities.m seems like an interesting file in my case!
However I rather avoid the registry and use a conf file, as it is favored
with the new .NET dev environment.
