Check ffcall/m4/longlong.m4 - it just assumes no longlong when cross
compiling. But then the defines in vacall/vacall.h aren't consistent
w.r.t. the definition of HAVE_LONGLONG. Perhaps it's just easier to
use the HAVE_LONGLONG def in vacall.h everywhere it is necessary.
Perhaps you could report it as a bug to them
