Just a few comments on the horizontal menus: 1. I like the screen space that it saves and they do look nice, but I miss being able to quickly right click and access a menu item. Any way you could have the horizontal menu, plus a vertical menu on right click?
2. The horizonal menu covers the app when the app is maximized. It almost seems as though the horizontal menu should send a WM_HINT to remove that area from the available desktop space, but then I'm not certain what would happen since the menus will come and go as you launch diff apps. That I am sure would get pretty tricky. 3. When you have a menu selected, and move to another workspace, the selected drop down appears on all other workspaces, even though the app is no longer active. The menubar disappears, but the dropdown stays on the screen. 4. When run with Camaleon, there is a gray arrow > at the end of each menu item. It works fine w/o Camaleon. Just a few comments, that's all. Maybe it will open some discussion.
