Hi all,

today I discovered a memory leak in one of our frameworks. I searched till I went mad, but didn't find anything.
Has anyone a suggestion how to track this one down?

If you still have some Macs around and the problem occurs there too give MallocDebug a try. On 10.4 it resides in /Developer/Applications/ Performance\ Tools/ ,though I don't know if it's the same on Jaguar. Then there is OmniObjectMeter, also OS X only and it costs you a whopping 150 bucks: http://www.omnigroup.com/developer/ omniobjectmeter/download/ or an older one here: ftp:// ftp.omnigroup.com/pub/software/MacOSX/10.1/ . I never tried this one but it is said to be very good (like all the stuff from omni ;-)). Beside the Apps:

I am sure you already read:

Thanks
