I found a dead WM that seems to support GNUstep: Interface WM http://interfacewm.sourceforge.net/ . If someone has the time, please look through the source for any useful knowledge. Then feel free to add to the wiki page: http://wiki.gnustep.org/index.php/Window_manager .
