Aloha! Concerning http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/discuss-gnustep/2006-05/msg00140.html , I think I found the 'missing' Foundation.bundle -- turns out there were others, 'missing', too, I think.
Apparently the contents of /Library/StepTalk/* were placed in the file system root / directory, instead of $GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT. Running: sudo cp -R /Library/* /usr/local/GNUstep/Local/Library/ fixed the problem for me. I was trying to run 'stexec' after installing gnustep-startup-0.18.1 and rebuilding StepTalk when I got the exception from the missing Foundation bundle. Thanks for the great StepTalk tool(s)! Chris
